Privacy Policy

The short version

This site uses no cookies, no advertising trackers, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from our own site, not from third-party font services. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, and we use it solely to respond to you.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive what you submit. That may include your name, work email, organization, role, an opportunity or solicitation number, and your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a potential engagement. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Form submissions are delivered to our email by Formspree, Inc., which acts as a processor for this purpose. Formspree's own privacy policy governs its handling of data in transit. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly at contact@blackarray.ai.

Correspondence is retained as ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete correspondence containing your personal information at any time by emailing contact@blackarray.ai, and we will honor the request unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool, to understand aggregate site usage such as page views and referrers. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, does not collect personal identifiers, and does not track you across other sites. We see counts, not people.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes IP addresses transiently in server logs for security and delivery purposes. We do not combine hosting logs with any other data.

What we do not do

No cookies. No advertising pixels. No social media trackers. No sale or sharing of personal information. No profiling. If our practices ever change, this page will change first.
